PTET 2024 application is likely to start from 6th March 2024 through the official website; this year, the entire responsibility from the conduct of the PTET exam to college allotment has been handed over to Vardhman Open University Kota by the Government of Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Government gave the entire responsibility from conducting the PTET 2023 exam to college allotment to Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara. Still, this year, the entire responsibility has been given to Vardhman Open University, Kota.

In a press notice by the Vice Chancellor of Vardhaman Open University, Kota, it was told that the applications for PTET 2024 are likely to start from 6 March 2024 through the official website. Still, till now, such confirmed notice has not been issued by the university. The university has released the official portal; it has been wholly prepared, only the official application date is yet to be released.

Rajasthan PTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Rajasthan PTET exam is conducted every year, the board has set eligibility criteria for the students participating in this exam. There are two types of PTET exams; the eligibility criteria are also different for 2 2-year B.Ed courses and 4 4-year courses. We have given information about PTET 2-year B.Ed and 4-year B.Ed eligibility criteria here-

2 Year Bed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to appear for Rajasthan PTET 2024 2 Year B.Ed must generally fulfil the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized university; even if the student is studying in the final year, he can take part in the application process.

Minimum Percentage: To apply for PTET 2024, a candidate must have more than 45% marks in graduation from any recognized university.

Reserved Categories: There is a relaxation in the minimum percentage for candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC; for more information about this, you can see the official notification.

Age Limit: There is no restriction regarding the age limit for PTET 2-year B.Ed yet by the board.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Keep in mind that this eligibility is for the PTET 2023 2-year B.Ed course; this year’s eligibility criteria will be released on the official website.

B.A B.Ed/B.Sc B.ED Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to appear for Rajasthan PTET 2024 4 Year B.Ed must generally fulfil the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th class from a recognized board; even if the student is studying in the 12th class, they can take part in the application process.

Minimum Percentage: To apply for PTET 2024, a candidate must have more than 45% marks in 12th from any recognized board.

Age Limit: There is no restriction regarding the age limit for PTET 4-year B.Ed yet by the board.

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Keep in mind that this eligibility is for the PTET 2023 4-year B.Ed course; this year’s eligibility criteria will be released on the official website.

PTET 2024 Online Registration

To apply for PTET 2024, the candidate must be a citizen of India.
PTET 2024 will be conducted by Vardhaman Open University, Kota.
The examination will be conducted in May 2024.
The age of the candidate should be less than 40 years.
Notification regarding the minimum age limit has not been issued.
There is no negative marking of any kind in PTET 2024.

To apply for PTET 2024, first go to the official website.
Now, graduate pass students should choose a 2-year course, and 12th-pass students should choose a 4-year course.

Now, the candidate should enter the asked information like their name, father’s name, and payment mode and click on Next.

Click on “Check Challan Transaction Status” on the right side.
Now, enter your transaction number and submit.
If you do not remember the transaction number, then find the challan number before your name.

How To Check Ptet 2024 Admit Card

To appear in the PTET 2024 examination, the candidate has to Check the admit card, which is called a call letter/hall letter; the process of Check the admit card is arranged as below-
